Floodfight... what kind of maps are you planning to use? Cause N-zombies used a small map since the zombs are slow. But for floodfight would there be vehicals? Even arial battles?

Ahh. Good question, I will specify the floodfight integrals...

To create a floodfight map, it really must be based with an objective. An objective is the soul of a game, these maps have an option to be tiny maps as in CoD: WaW, but might take fire from the part that it copies "Nacht der untoten".

I'm not exactly sure that we want warthog-only-runs like the last mission of every halo game, but a partial run isn't bad.

Vehicular gameplay in floodfight could vary by large amounts as for where and how much, but once in a vehicle, I would assume there is a clear objective in sight.

Arial battles are a little far-out, but if integrated because Bungie decides that we create two discs (I understand that textures and game script will have to be copied to both discs, but we'll have to go with that).

343 is remaking the origional halo. same story better graphics. But bungie may be makin a halo: origins whuch has to do with the foruners and the flood. the main character has a similar name to noah. and get this noah built the ARK to save himself from the Flood

Yes. I am a Battle Rifle machine. The DMR is a poor replacement.

My opinion.

- Return of the battle rifle.

- Terminate bloom with extreme prejudice.

- Reduce the kill radius of fragmentation grenades (in respect to reach). Mainly for the purpose of multiplayer.

- Hitscan is an absolute must, stupid to consider otherwise. Makes for a far better multiplayer experience.

- I really don't care much for firefight, at all. I hope it doesn't rob time from 343 while they make a great multiplayer or campaign.

-As for campaign, no one but Masterchief. MC2G. To be honest I don't really know who you would fight. But we will see what happens.

- Make forge less ugly. Maps look awful.

One thing that makes me mad when Bungie makes a Halo is how they dont add Big map when i say Big i mean BIG like the size of forge world but all land and it one match able to go on all of it then another is they never use dont out weapons or vehicles out of the game thats like advancing to the rear i mean take out the flamerthrower, BR, even if they dont use them in matchmaking have them in forge same with vehicles when they took out the hornet and how they have gone through four games without adding pelican its in reach just not used so wasteful. They need all the vehicles with huge battles like battlefield have a battle on ground and space with huge ships it would be so cool have 200 man servers.

Cow, you have some great ideas, but I think the space combat kind of sucks. Your idea is good, it just needs altering. Maybe we could have ships, first person by the way, it'll be cool controlling the ship from the inside. Then you have to jump off of the ship onto the covenant corvette or if your an elite (Pilots a phantom or seraph. I really dont know) infiltrate the spartan base, I think its a frigrate. Anyway, you then go through some enemies into the pilots room and have him assasinated. Afterwards you push a button self destructing the corvette and making the pilots room an escape pod. You control the pod back to the spartan base and you gain a win for your team. No team colors. Just spartans and elites, same thing for elites though.

I think an armor ability would be good, Anyway the armor ability should be where you aim at an enemy with a big target and press RT, then you zoom past everything towards your enemy and stab him. It would be called Zoom.

Back on Topic:
For the space fight, would there be more fighters then just sabres? Maybe like long swords, short swords and more? Or maybe something that follows the roots of like what Battlefield: 2142 did. That game had a gametype called Titan, where you capture points on the map, and it fired missiles at the enemy titan until its shields were diminished, and they you invaded the airship foot.
Something around that idea would be cool, OR like the space battles Starwars: Battlefront had. Those were pretty cool.

I have an idea, ive made my own ones of these on forge in the past, its hard. Basically there are two buildings, each team has a building, or more buildings can be made for more teams, like btb with 3/4 teams. As in incentive to attack the other buildings there are no snipers and limited ammo with dmr's but when you kill someone you get dmr ammo, hopefully will be an option. And its like king of the hill, your team gets points the longer your in other teams buildings before they have a chance to retake it. It's so fun playing it on custom games with like 12 people.

but this as a game type or firefight, and you could have your team of humans have to storm the other buildings which could be full of enemies like one filled with grunts then an elite building, then brute etc. and you get credits/score the quicker you storm all the buildings

Another idea is a gametype where players actully gain points for each kill/assist or objective completion.

To gain points players would need to assist his/her team in the overall objective. For instance: Killing an enemy in slayer or caturing/defending the hill in King of the Hill.

These points would be used at a store containing weapons and abilities. Obviously, the more powerful a weapon is the the more it costs(DMR=20 Sniper=50). This store is only accessible as a respawn screen. After death the screen will change to a page similiar to a menu screen. There would be three catergories: Weapons, abilities, and armory. The armory would be used to choose what weapons and abilities you want to be equipped after respawning. You'd have roughly 40 seconds to choose what you want then will be entered back in the game.

An issue with this gametype is how many players are actully playing (not shopping) at a time. Therefor this idea would only work well on 16+ player games.

That's not bad. I also have some improvements to your excellent concepts.

In addition to a 40-second screen, I propose that as time goes on past seven seconds, points are deducted from your score and credit earnings as time goes on, preventing idling.

MY ideas(some are stupidly fun others more for machinamas and some for Matchmaking):

Weapons: Katana, Fist(maybe kicking if you hold the button while on fist youll do a 300 kick)(boom to the chest of an elite), Machete, Needler/Spiker turret, Knife, Sword, Medal Energy sword(from Halo Legends), Medal energy knife, Silencer, SMG, A pistol version of the focus rifle,Mini nukes/Nukes, Duel Energy swords and Katanas(any form of knife or sword), thrown objects, flamethrower(turret,pistol, and the one from halo 3), Duel Wield, spiker/needler/plasma/glass Shotgun, Bayonet(melee ocasionaly use it), jackal shield, hunter shield(the thing they charge you with), and last A BUBBLE OR CONFETTI GUN(turret,shotgun,pistol,rocket,and sniper.

SPECIAL FX: Climate/Geography: Jungle, Desert, Artic, Forest, Beach/Tropical, Grassland, Rolling hills, Mountains, Rivers, Sand/Snowstorms, Rain(light to pouring down), Hail, Snow, Frozen(water is now ice), Urban, Suburban, Rural,.
you could mix and match these too like part of the map could be snowing and the other a desert. also you could choose Abandoned and the buildings would look abandoned or Apoctaliptic and they would be brokenish and be deserted or you could chosse destroyed and well everthing would be severley screwed up.

New Abilitys: Duel Wield, Charge Jump(hold A), Tip toe(you press crouch but hold A, you can now look over taller object without revealing self), Go Prone(ly down), Sit (any object even on cars), Glider( like jet pack except you fly around like superman, without your arms out and you can still shoot also it wont run out, NOT for matchmaking), Merge( yes i know you can alredy do this but some things wont like crates), Elevation(put a dent in the ground or make a new hill), Destructible(make any object break you also choose what breaks it Rocket,fist,gun,etc.), Stun(electricity or a punch to the face with low health you spartan or elite will stumble or even fall down and depending on health you might not get up for sometime) Blackout (only caused if you are at a certain amount of health and are hit by blint force, it will say you blackedout so and so or nothing at all and this only happens if you have it as a setting or the host of a matchmaking game)and last gravity(whole map or parts make gravity heavier or lighter, by this i mean you can jump forever up or are being crushed.Oh Yeah and if there are water vehicles SWIMMING( you will tread water when not moving and you can go underwater too also when swimming forward you wil have the gun pointed forward but youll be in the prone position kicking you feet, and when going side to side or backwards youll be able to see your feet if you look down(side to side) but going backwards youll still see your feet and they will be kicking,unless you are underwater and not moving.also be able to climb but still point you gun up or down when moving up or downor when not moving in a 360(vines and ladders).

Forge 3.0: more natural objects(trees,choose height, bushes, grass,rocks,sand,water,mud,quicksand,snow,ice,vines. also ladders,drop pods(enterable), weapon crates actualy hold weapons, mini nukes/nukes, more buildings that look different and you can choose from (rural,subburban, and urban as main categoreys then you choose from civilian to military to anything else, then you choose from what race, Elites, Humans, Grunts,Forruner, Precursor, Brutes, etc.)also more civilian items like phones and you can set when they ring, things like that, also for climate you can choose the main world of elites,grunts,humans,forruners,etc. as the begining then put snow or whatever., more maps like forge world but different like say one is just islands another just a giant collosieum, or giant hemorage and be able to go up to space and better buondaries because i actualy did not like being told return to battelfield 10,9,8.... just make up an invisible wall.Also more vehicles i want to be able to drive every vehicle in the campaign.

DISC: i want 3 disc, one disc for campaign and matchmaking, one disc for forge, then a special disc that has a whole planet on it to forge and is able to hold up to 4,000,000 people or at least 777,777 people and there are tons of bots(millions)(or billions) and creature bots like moa, and those giant things you and jun fight in reach. also i would like to have up to 1000 types of creatures not including elites, humans, and grunts and in forge when you set a creature down you choose for it to be friendly to everyone a certain team or even a certain or certains people(such as friends,in this case you would choose threw the friends on your friendslist. also in forge i would like to be able to put an emblem on my car and choose the cars color aslo i want more civilian vehicles.

Matchmaking: I have no idea

Custom Games: more options for custom games.

Armory 2.0: ok so i know people that want bots and i know people that like all the creatures in the halo universe and would like to play as them, so lets not deny them their hopes and dreams. So first of all LOTS AND MORE VARIETY TO THE SPARTAN ARMOR(also the other creatures) then have Matchmaking games with most of the prominent creatures(elite,brute,marine,etc.) but first you can play as a Grunt, Elite, Brute, Marine/any Soldier, ODST, Civilian, Spartan(II and III), Hunter, Jackal, Skirmisher, Prophet, Drone, (AND the Forrunners and Precursors would be cool) so in Basic terms the coveanant and human forces along with civilians and the Ancients(Forruners and Precursors)(military and civilians)
OHHH YEAHHH IM A BA ODST WITH NO HELMET AND SOME PARTS OF A FORRUNERS ARMOR ATTACHED AND I JUST LUNGED OUT OF THE OCEAN ONTO A BOAT AFTER SWIMMING AND WHEN I LUNGED I KILLED A ELITE HONOR GUARD WITH MY DUEL WIELDABLE MEDAL ENERGY SWORDS!!!!!
(later a civilian at the river near the end of the map sees a elite floating by....

ODST for life

I like the idea of flood fight. I made a very similar suggestion back when ODST was coming out...it's something I've always wanted to see for a firefight map.

The unnamed firefight map in Halo: Anniversary is going to be a lot like a zombie survival map but with Flood. Not confirmed yet but it might as well be.
