With Best Buy and other gaming stores having the XBox 360 and it's launch just around the corner, it's become a hot topic. I have seen like 8 threads on it just today. Personally, I think a stick should be made for people to post XBox 360 Impressions so taht it doesn't spam up the front page. It would get taken down awhile after launch, when talk dies down.

Your thoughts?

Sighness

Indubidubly. Banana.

Ya, that'd seperate it from other topics.

(I'm not trying to sound rude or know-it-all when I say this. Just FYI)

Instead of suggesting, why not just make the thread and see if it gets stickied?

In a normal forum, I would. But in the Flood, society works differently. Any attempt at getting a thread stickied would likely result in instantaneous flames by a good 50 members all at once.

Most of the people I see posting on Bungie, don't read the stickies. Even if it's on the same page and answers all their questions.

You do have a point. I almost always just scroll right past the stickies.

It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier, not the lawyer, who has given us the right to a fair trial. And it is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves the flag, whose coffin is draped in the flag that allows the protester to burn the flag.Father Dennis Edward O'Brien, USMC

Personally i dont read stickys either.

Why?

Most stickys are turned into chatrooms. The same people talking to eachother about anything.

And the stickys have tons of pages and i dont feel like ready hundreds of posts to get whats going on.

And i feel like an outsider

Only the paranoid will survive!

I'll make one if you want. I'll give you credit though, Kilroy.

Then, after they were all finished with their nappy nap, you'd get flamed again before they were given a bottle of warm milky and put to bed by their mommys.

(I am implying that many people there have the IQ and manners of a two-year-old.)

The way you get your thread stickied without getting flamed in the flood is to create a good thread. Then PM a mod to get stickied.
