But there is one problem. People like different personality types. Ex. (sorry if this offends anyone somehow) People from the Septagon are known for their maturity. They are known for actually contributing to topics and having real conversations. Then there is the other extreme. The typical Flood guy. Unafraid to post anything, regardless of relativity, or whether or not it makes any notable sense.
No, it's just the sort of people that the board descriptions attract. My point is that, rather than saying "The Septagon's better than The Flood, which is better than Zanzibar" (or propagating these cliques), you should be posting in all those boards, talking about whatever is on-topic for there.
Why do I feel like this is propoganda to find a new Mod worthy person?
As for the type of conversation, or the type of people in these forums. Let me use myself as and example. No matter what forum I go into, I act the same. Smart, witty, better-than-the-average-joe. I try and help people when they need it, or make fun of them when they won't listen. I tried to have an intelligent conversation in Zanzibar, and holy crap, I did. Perhaps instead of giving up on a certain forum, or a certain person, why not start testing each place to see what they need. Be it a new game, a new story, a new intelligent conversation or just a new face to spice things up a bit. You'd be surprised at how much we, working together, could get done.
