by having to use both triggers it gives you the option of spraying everything from both weapons at the same time or emptying one then the other allowing you to keep up a longer stream of fire, by the way there was no pull up in the e3 demo

Man I can't believe this topic is even being discussed. Of course each trigger is assigned to each hand. If your left hand is holding it's own gun, it fires, if it's not holding it's own gun, it throws a grenade. It couldn't get any simpler than that. As far as using other config settings like boxer, that doesn't change anything; if X is your grenade throwing hand then it will be your duel weapon hand as well. And it's been confirmed multiple times, you can NOT throw grenades while duel wielding, that's the tradeoff for wielding two guns. Also, duel wielding shouldn't affect melee attacking someone, their's no reason that it would. In Halo when you meleed someone you hit them with your gun, in Halo 2 you can have two guns to combo hit them with. And I hope after GC's post people also know that duel wielding isn't meant to always fire both guns at once, that is why they are assigned to each trigger. You can use the plasma pistol in your left hand to drop their shield, then blast them with the smg in your right hand to take down their life, thus using them with strategy. For those of you that think it'd be a waste to duel wield weapons and don't like not being able to throw grenades; Good news, duel wielding is an option, you don't have to duel wield if you don't want to. You will be able to shoot one weapon at a time and throw grenades.
