If you're passionate about the thing you're talking about, I'll always lend an ear.

They need to make a Reach Remake, in terms of campaign story.

the levels need to be exactly the same in terms of what weapons you use, and what you do. And you need to keep out the DMR of BR, as well as all the new covie weapons. The purple fuel rod needs to be back, basically, it needs to be exactly the same, except maybe with the sprint armor ability, and maybe some other stuff. Also, the MA5B needs to be exactly the same. And i needs to have the same range. It actually needs to be a good weapon, that you don't try to get rid of the first chance you get.

First word in the main title: rumor.

Besides, update graphics means that levels won't be the exact same which means the game won't be the exact same and thus people will complain.

I don't care. I really don't.

I'd buy it if it came out just for the heck of it. Also, for those who are saying no, it's not like it degrades from the original; if you don't like it, just go play the original.

I also think it might just be campaign DLC for Reach rather than a full game, IMO as Bungie's Reach support/DLC group could then help out without breaking any legal boundaries or going against their word as Reach as their last game.
It'd be pointless to remake the whole thing as the maps are not compatible with Reach's engine (Hemmorhage is awesome, but not the same as Blood Gulch, neither is Coagulation when compared to BG) and Forge would be wierd on the old ones, too. But some would be nice like Battle Creek remake or Danger Canyon from PC.
