I play Myth and Marathon most of the time (basically because they are online). I consider myself to be a Pathways expert though.

I was looking into Pathways but i'm rather clueless. Is it even possible to get on windows?

I still play the Marathon games form time to time, but I was brought into the fold (as it were) with Pathways into Darkness and find it a far more enjoyable game by far. I still run Classic OS9 on an old iBook just to be able to play it.

With the proper Mac emulators, yes, it is possible. Just a good deal of work that is well worth it in the end. Check SheepShaver or Basilisk, those are the two emulators I know work decently enough to recreate a Classic OS Mac environment. Once you have that up, you can download the original PiD game files from multiple places online.
