"Were it so easy..." -Thel Vadame.

The ending battle Red Team/Forge vs. Elites and Ripa'Moramee was actually, the most epic scene in the Halo franchise. lol.

But my favorite scene is probably Halo 3's ending.

"Monsters" is disgustingly overchoreographed, IMO.

You want a beautifully edited and intense sequence, look no farther than the closing cutscene of Pillar of Autumn (Halo 1).

Old GTs; RebelRobot, Flamedude

It also appears that the Elites took their orders from Zap Brannigan;

Now, like all great plans, my strategy is so simple an idiot could have devised it. On my command all ships will line up and file directly into the alien death cannons, clogging them with wreckage

It isn't our shiznit anymore.

One of the greatest "Oh SHI-" moments in the series.

and the scene also made me cringe. I've never seen or heard elites fight like that. And the arbiter getting owned by a marine just pissed me off.

Dark Neptune, a young amateur astronomer whose gaming life is no different from other teenagers of his age, though he controls it more strictly then others.

The worst thing is that the Arbiter in Halo Wars must have smacked alot of Zealots till they actually have a Concussion until he ran out of supply of Zealots, and while Honor Guards left to escort the Prophet of Regret, he had to rely on the dumbest "Minor" Elites ever seen;

Those Elites that don't know how to aim their guns (which is why they are using pikes and not Swords), don't know how charge up their energy shields (Zombie Killing Spree!), and ultimately they could even dumbly betray a teammate whose body have been used by a Spartan as a "meat shield".

These aren't Elites, these are Grunt spirits possessing Elite bodies.

This is one of the best cutscenes in whole series imo

I agree. Always gives me shivers down my spine. The Gravemind cutscene from Halo 2 takes second.

Actually, they were Stealth Elites.
