Classic Halo.. (run back to health if needed):  67%

I would think helping a teamate by healing him would be cool... I found it frusterating in the old halo when you accidentally picked up "the health" and you had 5 notches of health. Meanwhile your buddy had only 2 notches of health left, so he got screwed.

but all in all.. halo was halo, and too many major changes might do wonders or disasters for the game...(I dont think anything can make the game a horrible one anyhow : ) )

Health packs aren't so important in Halo.

It's a cool idea, but:

1) It would slow the pace down.

2) Might make it too easy

My .02 cents.

I often considered this very idea, especially for multi-player. I thought it would be good if you could make it possible to carry ONE of each type of power up, allowing you to strategically decide when to use the stealth module or the overshield. Currently, you can only use stealth in the game specifically where the designers think it probably would be of use.

Originally I thought simply pumping the D-pad left and right would let you zip through your items and pressing up would activate them.

Unfortunately, that's not likely to happen now. D-pad left and right are likely used for leaning now and up and down could be used for going prone.
