Yes I am British, I like tea, I like crumpets, and I am going to kick your ass!
Why did the original voice actor for him in Halo 2 not do the voice in Halo 3? His voice work was awesome. I recognised it from that Robin Hood film with Kevin Costner.

He chose not to provide his voice again...not sure why. Just one of those things.
Don't know. I always assumed that Truth's redesign and voice actor change was an attempt to make him a more stereotypical villain for the people just coming to the series at Halo 3.
By the power of truth, I, while living, have conquered the universe.
Truth obviously flash cloned himself at the end of ODST, because flash cloning is imperfect his voice was different.*Runs away.*
I never noticed that his voice did change.

Thats actually one of the only problems I had with Halo 3. I hated Truths voice. Maybe I was just so accustomed to the Halo 2 truth but it just really bothered me that he didnt do his voice the 2nd game.

The Prophet of Truth is voiced by Michael Wincott in Halo 2 and by Terence Stamp in Halo 3. The change was made due to the fact Wincott chose not to reprise his role in Halo 3.Halopedia
KOTOR, you should probably join or something.
I have to say I prefer Michael Wincott as the Prophet of Truth, Terence Stamp, although good, just didn't feel right.
