My favorite game is Big Rigs.

I see a lot of threads about halo vs. mass effect universe, so I thought I'd do a halo vs. starcraft universe thread.

Well, the Flood is an extra galactic super parasite with a singular consciousness that has the combined IQ of everything its infected along with all of their knowledge and abilities. It has also never been proven to be completely extinct (as they exist in other galaxies as well) so....they seem unstoppable.

they also took down the greatest power the galaxy (and even universe) has ever known...twice (most likely Precursors as well)

It's a metaphor for the 07s' lack of identity. too old to be newfag, yet too new to be oldfag, we wander b.net in search of a home, forever trying to be something we are not.

The flood would just take control of the zerg Overmind. Game over man.

I don't care. I really don't.

Zerg are assimilaters, meaning they bring in a species over time and evolve for their needs.

Flood are parasites, meaning they take it over and take it by complete force. Only the Zerg super-virus can do that, which there is little of and takes a lot longer than the three seconds it takes for Flood.

If the Zerg have enough calcium, they lose instantly. If they don't, well, the Flood just uses other organsisms with enough calcium to beat the Zerg to death then continue on their march to galactic unification. Unless the Zerg use firearms or weapons (which they don't) they might stand a chance of survivng against the Flood, but I highly doubt they could win (nobody has actually won against the Flood, and I doubt the Zerg would be the first to do so).

Assimilators never win over parasites. It's just nature's way.
