Was Mowmentum host? Just out of curiosity.
And, IDK why it shows you second? I guess just like all other ties?I can't remember who the host was. I just know it wasn't mine.
Does that have an effect on the win/loss determination of a tie? Or is it team color? Or some invisible factor like Trueskill, win percentage, number of wins, etc.
Just curious.
I've played a lot of Halo 3 and this is the first time I've ever seen something like this. From my knowledge, the blue team is expected to lose, and the red team is expected to win.
Therefore, if you tie and you are Blue, it's a good thing for you. If you tie and you are red, it's a bad thing. That's how it works generally, I guess it's the same for a tie. I believe that it runs the same way, but the gain/loss in trueskill/sigma is less than a pure win/loss.
Seeing as you were Blue Team, you probably were counted as a win, even though it says 2nd. None of this is fact, but I'm just going on how it's been in the 2500+ games of TS I've played, or the 15,000+ MM games I've played.
