Subject: Who had the most sad death?

The marine who wore the camera on his helmet in Halo CE.

I assume you're talking about Private Jenkins? If that's the case all helmets were like that, it was standard issue.

My jokes, so I don't lose them (ignore this):
ZedFish's Opinion on Sgt. Foley.
ZedFish's Forerunner Rickroll.

I thought Six. I was glad when Kat died... she was starting to get on my nerves at that point.

However, if Six's death had been from a first-person-cutscene type view (like at the start of missions in ODST), it wouldn't have been as... emotional.
But when he takes off his helmet, with no health or shields, and makes a dying last stand against waves of Elites while you can only helplessly watch on from the ground... I damn near shed a tear first time I did it. Watching the Elite make the stabbing motion left me like, "Oh. Oh no."

I thought it was pretty damned sad.

Kat was my favorite, but Jorge's was probably the saddest. I was glad when carter died,he was annoying and wasn't really useful, but that's my opinion.

sad because fail= kat she got the worst death on reach

In my opinion, Jorge. You can tell, inside of his, "Tough Guy" scars and body. He really cares about his friends and soldiers.

Johnson for me...I was never SAD when Noble died, more pissed off(Jorge and Emile).

+1 for the kat part, and yes i think you are right with the rest. but what is up with all the kat fanboys? i mean she is just running and gets shot in the head, her death did nothing for noble team.the reat of them did something useful when they were killed (exluding jun). I think jorgewas the sadest because he thought he saved his homeworld.

Kat

Because she just took a bullet in the dome (Jackal gets Dome inspector metal), everyone else died sacrificing themselves for the greater good. Kat just fell over.

And that's the worst way to die for any solider (just falling over and dieing) not being able to sacrifice yourself for what you believe in. That's why whenever I see a man or woman in uniform I pay for their drink and/or meal anonymously with out even asking them.

I just ask the bartender to say that it was a gift from one fellow American to another.

UWG Great group, you should check it out.

It's really close between Johnson, Jorge, and Captain Keyes. Johnson has my vote though, because Halo 3 was my first Halo, so I already knew all about Keyes (It was still sad though.), and I think Jorge's death was more epic than sad.

I hate Kat with a passion, and when I saw her die I was like "HEADSHOT YOU DUMB -blam!-!". I also laughed. Also Noble 6's death was sad, but I just wasn't attached to his character at all, because of the never speak thing.

Multi-trillionaire modern cowboy.

That's right.

Kat, I guess.
Miranda Keyes also, but she wasn't cool.
Well, in H2 she was, but in 3 she nagged to much.

You want proof that Keyes' death was the saddest, most dramatic death in the entire series? - Bungie couldn't even bring themselves to show it happening.

You want proof that Keyes rivals even the Cheif in badassery? - He had the honor of being turned into a proto-gravemind when the flood absorbed him.

Playing as Keyes during the events of CE would have been infinitely more entertaining than playing as an ODST in New Mombassa, IMO.
