I put this in the septagon, because many people complain about b.net having scrolling issues.
Many firefox users have choppy scrolling, and this will help drastically.
This fix will not completely eliminate choppy scrolling, but will make a major change.
FIRST make sure that Smooth scrolling is turned off!(Tools>options>advanced)
Next:
In the Url box type: about:config
A big list will come up.
Scroll down to mousewheel.withcontrolkey.sysnumlines, and make sure it is on true.
Next, go to mousewheel.withcontrolkey.numlines and put in 12.
^ If that scrolls too much for you, you can decrease it a little bit.
This helped me out a lot.
Also some things that will help load pages faster, though not necessary is:
network.http.pipelining = true
network.http.pipelining.maxrequests = 30
network.http.proxy.pipelining = true
O ya, and you must restart firefox for changes to work.
