I noticed after reading, that the Brutes homeworld, Doisac, has twice the gravity of Earth.

Shouldn't this make the Brutes slightly hunched over, kinda like the Elites of Halo 2, and Halo 3?

you'd also have to take note that their bodies were built around the gravity of their home world, much like how ours is to Earth. They should be standing tall, but I'm no genius.

His logic is sound.

I guess so, I'm just trying to speculate. Maybe we'll get an answer sometime.

My jokes, so I don't lose them (ignore this):
ZedFish's Opinion on Sgt. Foley.
ZedFish's Forerunner Rickroll.

All it would've done is made them stockier. And it has.

I'm probably over thinking this but just being in lessened gravity destroys bone strength and muscle tissue, wouldn't space travel and even planets with lower gravity affect brutes?

I noticed the Brutes have a slight hunch in Halo: Reach. Whether they do that because they prefer it or because of what you're suggesting, I don't know. They stand pretty tall in 2 and 3 though, so it's probably the former.

As a side note what happened to their faces they look like the bizzaro version of the Halo 3 brutes

Technical Answer: Bungie wanted to give the Brutes new looks.

Possible Story Answer: The Brute species consists of different packs/clans so I wouldn't be suprised if that affected their appearance.

This. Humans come in all shapes and colors, why shouldn't brutes? I like the rhino look.
