Picture of Mac Action Sack

Mac Action Sack Your Price $10.00
Product # :BNG20000500
For all of you who remember the good old days, when Bungie was just an upstart Mac game company on the wrong side of Chicago, OR for all of you who missed that classic era, Bungie has packaged its classic Mac games on one CD. This collection includes all three Marathon games, Pathways Into Darkness, Abuse and Minotaur. Note: We're sold out of the physical sack, the burlap bag you all know and love, but we're still selling a "neutered" version of the Action Sack. This not quite so manly version contains everything the original sack contained, minus the bag and the cardboard insert, and costs $5 bucks less.

I smell a deal on that, to bad it probley doesn't exist anymore.

Everyone I've talked to has said that that design is better than the current one. What was the purpose of switching? Was it to allow connectivity with xbox live?

They switched because of the activity i belive. This version can handle far more traffic. Thus they switched. And it's probably easier to intergrate with xbl.

That, and the old crapness was old and crap. It died a lot easier than the new hotness does.

Oh, and there was also the "your post will be available soon" thing.

You know it was a long time ago. They're proud to announce Weekend Warrior, when now, they totally doubt it's existance. XD

The Mongul Knights of Afar's database section was something to be pfheared. We spent much time, sweat, blood, tears, effort, and many other bodily fluids and metaphysical concepts getting it up and running.

Wow. I was barely around at the early T&R site. I wasn't even on the forums then though. To think that Weekend Warrior was just coming out. Makes a tear come to your eye...

Ahh yes, the old days of the threaded view of posts. I did like the Search Feature. And the Soul, can't forget him.

Those old sites hurt my eyes... I'm sure they hold a place in the hearts of many an older member, but I'm not a fan of web page induced headaches.

I remember the old Bungie.net, and the Truth and Reconciliation. I joined back then, not too long before they switched to the "New Hawtness" but I didn't post in the forums. I wish I had though...
