A death for no reason
And death for no reason is MURDER
No it isn't. They died for the same reason the bear eats fish, The wolf eats the rabbit, or the whale eats the plankton. Nourishment. Animals provide nourishment, and as omnivores, we eat animals as well.

As Morrissey once said: "nobody can come up with a good argument for eating animals - nobody can. People as some kind of a joke say, well, 'It's tasty', but it's only tasty once you garnish it and you put salt and pepper, and you cook it, and you have to do 300 things to it to disguise its true taste. If you put garnishes on a chair or fabric, it would probably taste quite nice."
People love the taste of raw meat, that's why menus let you order rare, and trust me, people do. Animals also provide protein in large amounts, which is important for the human body.

Animals who die for your dinner table die alone, in terror, in sadness and in pain. The killing is merciless and inhumane.
That's the natural condition, any other prey victim to its predator suffers the same fate. We only continue to live how we've been instructed by God, or nature, or however the hell we've developed our instincts.

There is absolutely no reason why we should eat meat from an evolutionary or 'natural' perspective either. Our bodies are not designed to.
Yes they are. Again, we're omnivores, we eat both plants and animals. Our teeth are mostly flat, for the crushing of plant material, but we do have sharp teeth for tearing muscle fibers. Our bodies were designed to consume both plant and animal, and especially to hunt. No other animal has the proficiency of using thumbs besides monkeys. We simply use our brains to turn that use with tools, which makes the human the ultimate predator on this planet. We're not only designed to eat meat, we're practically made for it.
Stop being a puss and eat a goddamn steak.
