I suck at Halo 3, deal with it.

I share this account and GT with a family member so expect different types of posts.

We have been eating meat since the dawn of mankind.

Now you're doubting it?

This video, I love it.

So everyone's survival argument has been proved wrong, like I was saying!!!

So you are so gluttonous that you are eating meat for taste and it's causing your death!!

"Survival" "Nutrients"

I love you Sneaky Kong. Proved me right about There is absolutely no reason why we should eat meat

You can only justify it by taste.

We've done tons of things since the dawn of mankind.

War is part of our nature, but you would like to see that be eradicated from the modern world?

Just because we've done it for millennia is not a justification. In my opinion it's more reason to change.

If you think eating meat is not justified, you can refrain from doing so.

It will not benefit or burden us in any way.

There was a man from Allentown who fed his son to death.
He calmly watched him gorge himself until his final breath.
And there he stood, surprised and shocked above his tiny frame.
He said: "I bear no blame for this. I only share his name!"

Someone has to protect those that have no voice.

A personal life decision that doesn't affect anything? NO far from that bro. Having a shower every morning and evening is a personal life decision that doesn't affect anyone/any living thing. Well maybe it does actually, but you get my point.

Look, I can link two completely unrelated facts together and make my argument seem sound too!

Lol, I've been arguing with the internet, you think I care about impressing it.

It's a fact, but when you were trumped, you played it off. I lol'd at that.

Lol, well your ignorance is only hurting you. They aren't unrelated factors either, it makes perfect logical scientific sense and you prove to me that anything you (all of you itt) don't like, you refuse to believe in. Whether it looks true or not.

I was just trying to be mean, and with that I trapped myself, but if I were to be more honest (also more boring), this is a bad thread and I don't understand how it could have gotten this far unless it was drastically derailed for the most part or it's a bunch of stupid kids who won't let go of an argument.

Fact is that if you want to be a vegetarian, that's fine, but shut up about it, because no matter how many people support you, if you try to cram it down even one person's throat, you're an annoying jackass. I think you hit that point already.

End of part 1 requires I leave. I'm sure you'll continue taking cheap shots because it's oh-so-important that you're trying to make a difference that will never, ever happen as things are going.

The problem isn't the food, it's the way it's cooked and prepared. Instead of focusing on the food he should be looking at all the fats and -blam!- the food has pumped into it and is cooked in. Of course processed sausage and Mac Donald's is going to cause heart disease, I don't disagree with that. But saying any meat will kill you is just plain -blam!- stupid.

It only got so large, because a couple of people felt strongly about either side, causing a long argument.

And I'm on a forum, it's designed for threads where you express opinions about things. In my OP I did, quite "aggressively" with the poem, then I merely argued my point.

People stress the importance of not cramming it down your throats, and in all honesty, I wouldn't do it in real life, but this is a forum, which is meant for expressing ideas and opinions. When someone tells me they think I'm wrong, I'll tell them why I think I'm right.

It's a forum, you're meant to discuss topics like this.

It's not just Mcdonalds type meats, it's all meats. Just McDonalds are worse. Probably much worse.

And that's what meat is these days. That's what the vast vast vast majority of animals die for, is the food that is prepared this way.

There is absolutely no reason why we should eat meat from an evolutionary or 'natural' perspective either. Our bodies are not designed to.

Eat meat every day since age 4, still breathing. Problem OP?
If we weren't designed to eat meat, then we wouldn't eat it now would we?

Lol watch this video and tell me that again

If someone said the same thing to you about taking crack cocaine, you'd laugh and laugh in their face.

You just said a very similar thing (not as drastic).

American eating habit. When I went over there, I found the food extremely fatty and oily.

It's a different situation in the rest of the world, bro.

Goddamn you're stupid. There's just no point in trying, you're so caught up in your hatred of meat you're actually spouting bull-blam!- about it being bad for you now? Meat doesn't kill, the way it's cooked does. Just the same as cars don't kill, the way they're driven does. Cooking the garbage -blam!- that is all processed meat is going to clog your arteries, but preparing a nice lean steak properly won't. Hell, it's probably good for you in the long run. Increased protein intake, B12, non-saturated fats.

There is nothing wrong with meat, go back to the crappy old argument you were -blam!- earlier about how it's morally wrong, at least that idea wasn't laughably stupid.
