i downloaded HMT v. 3.5 and when i try 2 start it it says: application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0x2d0 (720), Thread id=0xf1c (3868).

do i need any plugins and wats the framework update thing that i need?

The .net frame work is something people use to design programs (I think). To download it, copy this link and place it in your address bar(since I still don't know how to make links).
Download and run this, then after that, run HMT and see if it works. Otherwise go look on google.

Also, some programs require the .net frame work 2.0, but the link above should be the download for 1.1. HMT should not require the 2.0, but it might make it run better. I do hope this solves your problem.

I think .net framework is like wiring in a house. If you flip a switch, and theres no wires, nothing happens. If you try to run hmt, it doesn't run because you don't have the "wires" to do so.
