I believe E3 starts wed., so H2 probably won't unveil until Friday (the best for last). What is the soonest the new trailer will be on the net, and will it be on Bungie? I hope I know exactly when it is so that I can have a little get together to watch it. It would be cool if Bungie put it on right when it was being debut at E3. I am also looking forward to the new xbox. I can't even imagine how massive Microsoft is makeing this, it will be the biggest game debut ever. On May 14th the world will know XBOX!

I'm pretty sure it's high on Microsoft's list, but it's biggest display would probably Longhorn, that new operating system.

Halo 2 will be shown from day 1 as with every other major title at E3 this year. However, don't expect an official video of the E3 footage from Bungie until at least two to three weeks after E3. There may be some shaky cam footage on the net, but the official stuff will come later.

I would have thought that they will be showing Halo2 from the first hour of the first day. Theres little point in setting up a booth and doing nothing with it until the final day!
Last year the first footage of the 9 min trailer was available on the first day of the show. Someone took a camcorder into a Microsoft briefing the night before E3 opened and released the footage onto the net that night. However a decent quality high resolution version of the demo wasn't released until a month after E3 by Bungie on Bungie.net.

It will all depend on what theyt choose to show this year. If it is again a movie or a live demonstration of someone playing the game then it is quite possible a "shaky cam" camcorder movie will be on the internet within a few hours. However if there is pods set up with a build of the game running it might be harder for anyone to film as they might be stopping people from doing so.

I would think that before the show is over there will be some form of movie available somewhere on the internet but I would expect a longer wait for any official high quality goodness.

Any screens that are released however should be available pretty much straight away as developers usually give out "Press Pack CDs" with media and info on their game to journalists at the show and these will be posted on your usual game sites like IGN and gamespot straight away.

I will be checking the Underground, H.B.O.'s forum and even the xbox.com forums once the show has started and I wouldn't think it will be too long before someone posts some sort of special treats.

Hope this helps :)

Woooo I love E3!

They have not officially said there will be a new movie, but I don't think they are going to present the most anticipated game ever with a bunch of screen shots.

I'm willing to bet a piece of my soul that we will see the Prophets and/or Hunters in action in the E3 movie.

It's a technology expo, what you think means nothing. It's not a orgy of video games like people think it is.

Personally i prefered the 'shaky cam' footage to the official... I'll never forget the cheers as the SMGs made their appearance and when the video finished, i just wish they could have added the origional cheers to the official version!

Well what about gamers that cant get to E3 because we aren't over 18 or from across the pond (both apply to me). A new screen or anything like a render will do.
