if a spartan have a massive itch in his or her armor, how would they scratch.
and if you read the fall of reach sam quoted that it took atleast 15 minute to put the armor on so explain please

Maybe during training they numbed the spartans nerves so they can't have massive itches. Also during a firefight adrenaline probably cancels out the itches.

This (the adrenaline part).

It could be that the internal layer is so tight-fitting that itches can't really occur.
Alternatively, SPARTANS are trained to blot out the pain of bullet wounds, I think they could manage to ignore an itch.

Yep. The Spartans almost always go into cryo armoured from what we've seen, and having any type of clothes on during defrosting causes incredibly uncomfortable, even painful, sensations, but they never say a word about it. Example would be when MC comes out of the Cryo at the start of Halo: The flood. (Halo: CE, basically)
