New units
For each team there will obviously be different units from the first halo wars, I will list the units that each side can get or may have below
UNSC
Infantry
Marines-upgrades include most of the same upgrades from Halo wars only now they should have an upgrade in which the marines weapon can be upgraded for example assault rifle to battle rifle(Has incresed range and damage per shot as three shots are fired per pull of trigger.) cost per unit=150
UNSC land army(From Halo reach)-These are slightly less effective than the marines but there are more men in each squad
and they are less costly to make cost per unit=50
They do not move as fast and are not as accurate but they are trained faster.
Upgrades include:1.Marksman-Upgrades the assault rifle to a DMR(Alot more accurate, slightly more damage per shot and a longer range)
2.Explosive ordanance-One member of the squad has a grenade launcher thsat delivers a small EMP blast when the round explodes.
Flamethrower unit-Pretty much the same as the original Halo wars only now they have an extra upgrade:Incinarator-allows flamethrower unit to have a new special ability in which the flamethrower unit throws a flame grenade(Like the ones in Halo 3)Cost per unit=100
Spartans-Spartans start of with shotguns, then when upgraded obtain sniper rifles and then the third upgrade gives them rocket launchers.At first their special ability is a meelee attack in which they take out a knife similar to the assasination attack in Halo reach only an upgrade allows them to hijack vehicles.Cost per unit=500
All ifantry units should have the ability to be garrisoned onto vehicles.
UNSC vehicles
Warthog-pretty much the same as in Halo wars only now they can be upgraded the have a missile turret(That is their final upgrade)Cost per unit=200
Scorpion tanks-Are now slightly faster.
Upgrades: 1.Manual turret-allows any squad that is garrisoned on board the scorpion to take control of its turret, this can increase the accuracy of the turret as befoee the scorpion is upgraded the scorpions driver would have to take control of both the tanks main cannon and its chain gun, which would be slightly difficult.Cost per unit=600
Mongoose-Every leader starts of wuith a mongoose as opposed to in halo wars where the starting unit was a warthog.
It starts of whith no man on the back of the mongfoose
First upgrade=A marine now rides the back of the mongoose holding arocket launcher
second upgrade=The mongooses splatter ability is more effective(More damage dealt, less damage taken)
Third and final upgrade=The mogooses rider now carries a spartan laser.Cost per unit=100
Aircraft
Hornets-Same as Halo wars cost per unit=200
Vulture-same as Halo wars only now new upgrades allow them to have a quicker speed and maybe thicker armour.Cost per unit=1200
Falcon-Are medium attack aircraft and it hqas a single turret on its front of which is already active, the turrets on its side can only be used if infantry units are garrisoned onto the falcon
One upgrade allows the two side turrets on the falcon to become grenade launching turrets.Cost per unit=500
