Why does everyone hate Halo 2? Maybe its because its the worst game ever next to mario.

I'll be darned, I hit the landing. Rofl, I launched a Wraith by using a Pelican as a ram-jet:

Here's the tutorial for the setup:

Only Sputnik, Blind and fall-time was used. When I lunged into the Wraith I became fall-timed.
I know people tend overlook posts like this, but I just wanted to say that I (and hopefully others) appreciate your current/past videos of Halo 2. You are actually the reason why I revist the Halo 2 Campaign. I see this and other awesomeness and I cannot help myself from booting up Halo 2 and attempting it too! That is actually saying a lot coming from a Halo Multiplayer Junkie like me.

Halo 2 for Life!

I'm not going to lie to you Grumpy, when I was in a wraith in halo 2 and saw a plane fly over me, I never thought:

I wonder if I can ride on that plane and land on a small base surrounded by water lol or use the plane as a battering ram to launch across the level and land on another base surrounded by water.

Seemed impossible, so I really never thought of it but you have made impossible possible, well done.

I was in 5th grade. I popped in the Halo CE disc into the massive, clunky first generation Microsoft Xbox, and wrapped my small hands around the controller that was almost too big for me. Little did I know what I was getting into.

10+ years later, I still look up to my childhood hero, Master Chief, while everyone talks about He Man and Spongebob haha

It's topics like these that make me want to tear up; going back to the good old days, and knowing that community members like Grumpy1 exist. You have a grandson, and seeing as how you constantly still think outside the box, play Halo 2 with a burning passion and continue to bring new thoughts, idea and wisdom to the community, I can only imagine how fruitfully you have lived your life so far and the lives you affected within this forum and out of it.

Despite sounding cheesy...I dunno, this is just kinda inspiring and puts life in perspective.

This is what defines the Halo community.

Get well soon, and give us young whippersnappers someone to look up to haha.

Just my two cents. I've been on the Halo train, playing CE ever since 5th grade, and after seeing that these forums and a large portion of the gaming community decay into hardcore MLG wannabe kids, trolls, or people who just complain about everything imaginable in the game, it's nice to have a change of pace.

Thanks, it means a lot to me. Here's one where I'm trying to land on top of the tower, lol:

:)
Even though I commented on the video, I'll leave my feelings here too.
I know what it feels like, to complete something that great. The feeling of utter joy is overwhelming, it's amazing.
So congratulations on finishing it, you've done well.

This is definitely extreme tricking by Dr Bizz so I added them:

Metro SP Scarab Gun, Get Back Down

and

Outrageous Pelican Flip

Also, see both 1, 2 threads on these tricks, maybe make a comment.

In Quarantine Zone it's possible to collect infinite Ghosts until the game overloads. This is actually a vid about overlapping maps more than the collection.
the ghosts in the sky look like birdys
