Moderator pwns all. You put down the moderator and his government (bungie and this forum) and you get executed (blacklisted).
Through the years ive been a member here this site has changed dramaticaly. A few years ago everyone was cool and part of a halo community with all the chapters that made this site. now that the chapters are less significant and less active people no longer no each other. It has become a forum crazy place where everyone flames and gets executed. All though I have stayed with the halo game series since membership I really am not active here anymore because i dont have much interest in this site. It used to be a place to talk to friends in chapters and people u have in common. now its just a discussion forum mainly 50 chapters was fun
A few decent points have been made, but bear in mind that the more positive your own input is, the more positive the community will eventually be. Patience is a virtue that many members lack most of the time, it is up to the more mature and patient members to extend the benefit of their wisdom. This helps everyone grow.
Sometimes people are beyond help, and it's these you have to learn to ignore.
I don't think your statement is fair about the moderators, at least, not in my experience. If I blacklisted everyone who cursed me out or disagreed with me, my mouse would have a worn spot on it. That's not what we're here for. Unfortunately, it can seem that way, especially when the detractor is breaking a plethora of other rules in order to voice their distaste.
True example, when I first arrived at Bungie.net I don't remember if you were having a bad day or not, but you berated me to no end. While I was a "noob", and may have done something to irritate you (although for the life of me I can't remember what - all I remember is the flames which followed), it was the method you used to voice your distaste that was frowned upon, not that you had it.
True Example, when I first heard of the H2S site, I went over there and poked a hole or three in their arguments. I was wrong and missed the point, it was their opinion, and they did exactly what they were supposed to do, take the arguments elsewhere. I still don't agree with them, but I leave them alone now, and I sincerely hope that the people with less good intentions leave them alone altogether. I told you this to give an example of my own learning process. Being irritating just for the sake of being "right" or just because you don't agree with someone is probably not the best way to go about things.
That doesn't mean don't argue! Problems can't be solved without argument, and opinions can't be explored either. But keeping it at a rational level is key to understanding each other, and respecting other opinions, even if they don't match your own.
You'll notice that there are many threads everywhere that complain about aspects of Bungie's decisions with the game throughout the forum. These are not deleted, or locked because they present their case for discussion in a rational manner, not with kerosene and a blowtorch.
It may even surprise people to know that I've reprimanded more people who supported Bungie than were opposed to Bungie. It's nothing to do with the message that I make my decisions. It's with the manner the message is given.
Thanks for reading.

By the way, if you are Dark Helmet (Original) thank you ever so much for the Turret Launching idea.
