Inside another dead body. It's the last place they'll look
A corpse within a corpse.
CORPSEPTION.
Win.

It's not actually known. I would have said B company, but B company had a Tom-292 (who Thom's name is a reference to). On this basis, it's more likely that he is either an A company SPARTAN.

Much less likely, he's actually non-canon. But he is. It could be that he's meant to be B company and his name is a placeholder that just stuck.

He is canon, just not important. I would agree B as well. But there is no way of knowing because he doesn't have a birth date and the numbers are scattered in between companies.

The numbers don't move accordingly with the groups? I know SPARTAN I's don't count, but I'd thought they'd move systematically with the groups.

SPARTAN-II: 001-150 (also a random 303 for no reason)
SPARTAN-III: Three companies (Alpha, Beta, Gamma, denoted with an A, B or G), each of up to and over 300-500 total entrants.

No, still wrong. There was a Spartan-III with the service tag G003. Also there was one with B004. The lowest Spartan-II tag was 005.

Well, if that's the case, I'm not going to question it.
