Nope, chimp is the only script. You will have to get 3ds max if you want to make animations.

Yes, its possible. I don't know anything about writing a script for gmax though. Its probably tough. You probably wont be able to export animations from gmax.

yes but could you just use the script, if there was one, to export just a regular gmax file with no animations created in it. like in this case its just a design of my new vehicle to export it as a .jma and use tool to make an animations tag so it could work in the game. but do you HAVE to have an animations tag for it to work?
one more thing do you know where you can get the dds plugin so i can make skins? and is it possible to make skins with paint? i think so but they dont look as good

You don't need a dds plugin if you are creating a whole new vehicle. Just make it a shader tag. No, you cannot export as a jma file, which means you cannot make vehicles, or weapons unless they use already made animations.

Yes, you could use the banshee animations. Skin your vehicle in gmax.

im not asking for that im asking how do i create new skins for the warthog. I was wondering if you could make skins in paint cause my paintshop pro trial ran out. and i know what you meant up there though

with my vehicle i was modding the banshee to have just a new look. its supposed to be a ufo and again its just a mod of the banshee on how it looks and yes i could use the banshees animations then i guess. but wouldnt i create an exception if i put it in the game and use the vehicle?

No, just make sure the model has the same nodes as the banshee.
