could they be the same ones who made one two three and not reach, if that's so, then I love 343.

Because one or two employees will REALLY make a huge difference. Not that many employees switched over to 343

I'm pretty sure there's not too many people from Bungie at 343. Frankie went over there, but he joined during the production of Halo 2 but I don't think he was very involved with development. Did some writing though.

Nathan Walpole also joined them, he was animator for Halo 2 and 3.

There's maybe a couple others, but not a lot. Looking at the Halo CE manual, many of the people that worked on the original Halo are still at Bungie.

so ur saying that the members in 343 basically were big in the making of halo 1 2 3 and did not have to do much in reach.

Most of the people with 343 haven't participated in the making of any halo game(except whatever they're making now)

You have an animator like Nathan Wapole, Frankie who is a PR guy and has no real ability in shaping a game itself but just how to spin it, and about one or two others.

All the major players that worked on Halos 1-3 as chief designers, directors, producers in their field along with a vast majority of regular staffers are still at Bungie.

Isn't Chad Armstrong over there too?

No one to this day outside of Bungie really knows what happened with Shiska with definitive proof. Either way he has no real major effect on game development of previous Halo games like the OP is trying to imagine.

That's post launch. In Halo 2 he helped take some screenshots for promo purposes. In Halo 3 he managed the playlists and made the system for taking in community map submissions.

Those have no effect on the core mechanics of the games and what makes them tick.
