The problem lies within is the simple question of "what has been done and been successful? what has been done that has failed? what do people want to see? and would the awesome guys of Rooster Teeth be offended?"

So I want to ask what people would like to see. Something funny, like Red vs Blue? Something serious? Something canon (as accurate to Halo Universe as possible?) Something with a lot of characters? or just a few? What kind of characters would we like to see?

I want community feedback so I can make something that people will actually LIKE rather than just some random peice of crap that only I will like. I want to entertain people, so give me some ideas!

Keep in mind, I cannot copy Red vs Blue. RvB is amazing, and the best of Halo machinima with no equal. I have no illusions that I can never make anything as awesome as RvB. But I'd still like to make something that the Halo/Bungie community can be entertained by, relate to, and appreciate.

You may reply or send me a message on the forums or on XBL (my GT is my B.net account)

Brains beats brawn get used to it

Fear the Red Comet

Variety is the spice of life.
Long live games.
Death to all fanboys.

You're more than likely better off doing whatever you can do and would know how to do best than to try and attempt presenting something to a group of people when their demands might exceed your own skill level.

You don't pump out greatest from the get go. Go experiment on your own and find out what you're good at first and develop your own skills. Otherwise, to be blatantly honest, you're just going to deliver trash.

Form your own ideas, find out where your skills lie, and develop it into something. From there you can consider your audience. Having your audience pick for you when you have no experience and then giving the impression that you'll meet whatever expectations they've laid out is just asking to backfire on you.

And I'm very proud of it, though I know I can make it better.

I'mma work on one for the next month or two, make sure I can make something decent (and funny)

I'll get back to you guys

I have an idea:

It's called "Border Patrol."

It features four guys who patrol the Mexico-American border: one is a stereotypical racist Texan, another is an average dude [who is funny, to flesh out the humor, and sarcastic], a hetero-blam!- male who acts feminine and is stupid, and a Mexican citizen who has escaped Mexico, but is stuck as a border patrol man, and he doesn't speak English.

It's about their adventures on the border and their wars with drug cartels.

[If you couldn't tell already, this is as close to Red vs. Blue you can get without it being extremely obvious. Plus, I'm not serious. By the way, sorry if I offended anyone by this extreme political incorrectness.]
