Nope, i was just getting sick of halo 3 and the amazing amount of Pro's that decided to stay, BTW i was streaming Reach in the early morning, so that's the main reason i was playing it.

Dynamic spawns are random, therefore do not require as much skill as static spawns.

you could play bungie narrows a million times and still not know where they're spawning. i think that was the only map in halo 3 like that.

I dont see why youre making such a big deal over it. Ive played narrows a tonne of times, team doubles, team slayer, mlg. ive played these gamemodes against all levels, 1-50 and tbh i do like mlg better.

BUT the point that gaining map control is punished by players spawning behind you is stupid. if you are top mid on narrows, it does not matter where the opponent spawns, you still have map control.

if youre any good at the game you do something i like to call "looking". this involves using the right thumbstick to move the head of the spartan, and sometimes the left thumbstick to move the body of the spartan into a position where you can "look" at other parts of the map.

You get sandwiched in mid. It's broken and uncompetitive, kind of like every game mode in Reach, I guess they expanded on it.

2 people spawn gold, 2 people spawn blue... here's what you do, push the two closer to top mid, kill them with numbers, then there's only 2 that could push top mid from the other side... so again, push back and kill them with numbers.

Obviously it's not optimal competitively, but if youre better than the other team, you will win. Especially in 4v4.

I know how to play Narrows.

The map is broken in every way for competitive games. Dynamic spawns belong in social, not ranked.

Dynamic spawns are for Social Slayer. If they are taking the less skilled players into hand, cater them towards social, instead of BS'ing the rest of us.

That's like saying getting kills with the plasma pistol is more skillful than getting kills with the BR because it's harder to use.

I'm gonna have to say it IS harder to get a kill with a plasma pistol than a BR. But I'm assuming thats not what your getting at. If you can somehow out-Plasma pistol someone who is BR'ing you, then your either lagging like crazy or that guy is TERRIBLE... say that slowly to emphasize.
