Hopefully, this will comply to "Community."

Is there a way to change the format of the date that appears under my name to the left when I post? I want to do this because as i live in the U.K. todays date would mean the 12th day of May (12/5). So, can I chane this to 5/12/05?

Thanks

Only the paranoid will survive!

I doubt it, although that is a great idea. Mabye Achronos will do something about it in the next update.

I minor yet annoying problem. This goes with the time zone complaint. According to this, It's 5:48 here and yet it really is 7:48. It would be helpful at account signup if you could select your timezone.

Sorry to say, but I will be commanding three other armies. I will have the 7th Column as my first target simply because it is the most powerful. Then I will side with the most powerful and let the other two destroy each other, then clean up what's left. Yeah, there's a reason I'm the strategist.

Anyways, it isn't that hard to figure out the time. Just take the time you currently have, then take the "Bungie" Time, and figure out the difference. It isn't that hard. For instance, "Bungie" Time is one hour behind me, because my clock says it is 8:35, but it says 7:35 at the top of my post.

Actually it would only require work on the part of Bungie web team to have the time settings work from your computer instead of theirs.
Tis generally how times and dates work through html... I think... I'm rusty.

It's an American-based site, so, they go with an American-based date format.

True, but the option to have it displayed in normal formatting would be nice.

You'll only end up taking a one-way trip to the Sun.

It's not possible due to the performance saving features on the site.

"heh"

American... formatting? It's the west coast time zone, there's more than one time zone in America. Me, being in New England, think this is a great idea.

You realize, that "only one part of the Bungie web team" means the entire team? AKA Achronos?

Ok then.

Ok. By saying this I might appear as stupid. :( Well, is that a "no, it's not going to/can't happen?"

Thanks

Changing the format of the date? Next thing you know they will try to wrestle the control of the internet away from us. Wait a minute...
