Eric Ruth came out with this sweet game a few days ago. I'm sure many of you already know about this but i wanted to make sure everyone got a chance to play this awesome game.

(Spoiler alert for Ghosts & Goblins) Pretty weird. Would love to see some footage.
Ah, Coba, Ghosts & Goblins holds a special place for me. Was blazingly unbelievable back in the day. (SPOILER) I don't recommend putting too much effort into it. It has a, shall we say, surprise ending. Was a hair on the annoyed side when the end came back in the day.

The shields don't work in this game, apparently.

The first actual "video game" I played was X-Wing vs Tie Fighter back on Windows 95, so no.

Hmm...sounds cool...was in college back then and stuck with a Super Nintendo. Old arcade games were meant to gobble quarters. Whether it was through continues or sheer pattern memorization, it took $ to get somewhere. The crude 2600 did little to break from this harsh pattern. Nintendo, however, not only made the games prettier (Section Z), but more friendly and replayable. Was great, but makes the direct ports on 360 packages almost unbearable in comparison.
