I notice every time there is spam people reply to it keeping it up with the more "important threads. I think mods should also bann people who reply to spam making them justt as bad as the person who made the thread.

Any other suggestions, to get this spam under control?

"Don't be so eager to deal out death and judgement. Some that died deserved life. And some that lived deserved death. Can you give it to them Frodo?"

You see i mean not to flame but to tell you that the mods are doing the best they can to keep the Bungie.net sociaty fresh and free of poachers, spammers, murders, rapists, and of capital criminals. Oh wait, i'm not at the NYC poliece convention, must have pulled out the wrong speech, excuse me a second... *flip*. Ah yes, free of spammers and flamers alike, those crazy a$$ people who just don't care about ther people.

Moderators yes need help in dealing with the the spammers and flamers and what we can do id just ignore them and they will eventually get caught by a mod and get the big heave-hoe out of Bungie.net. It's all systematicly aranged on the sub-conscience level. Flammer flam and get caught, Spammers span and get caught. All we can do is point and laugh. Tee-Hee

Anywho, good idears. :)

Peace

I dont think that works the more you reply to a spammer the stronger and more determined it gets.

Yo Halo53, I'm real happy for you and I'ma let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best bungie.net profiles of all time. OF ALL TIME!

I only post after spam/flames if it is a thread that has gone on for many pages with out being locked and everyone keeps replying I'll reply telling everyone to stop. They just make the problem worse.

it all really depends on who the spamer or flamer is. becuase if it is someone that enjoys bungie they useally stop. but if it is someone that just keep going on after they read the rule i have posted. then thats a great reason for mods to ban them. cuase they refuse to listen to the rules.

If they liked bungie they wouldn't even bother to spam anyway.

Not true at all! I love bungie and i admit in the beging i spamed a bit. once i put a poll asking if anyone used the toliet when they pee! and look at me today still here becuase i love bungie.

It all depends on the spamer/flamer.

Here is a example of someone bumping and then showing them the rules!

Ironically, lots say the mods are TOO tough. From what I've seen they deal appropriately with every situation...

Here's an idea - we'll just ban everyone. That way there'll never be any problems.
