I was wondering where Bungie's 3D designers went to school, to learn to create such awesome models. I, one day want to create my own Master Chief. And hopefully get a job at Bungie. ;)

You can find 3d model programs, either smaller free versions or get heavily discounted "Education" versions (simply means you can't legally market what you make). Buy some books on modeling, find some friends who know (either online or in person) and try your hand at it! Maya, Lightwave, and esp. for computer games, 3d Studio Max (i hear there's a free version of 3dSMax you can find).

Who knows, maybe you can build up a resume to send in with your college app! Or you can just make your own mods. Lots of people went from amatuer modder/modeler to working in the industry. But nowadays, you probably will need a college degree and huge familiarity with modeler programs. Either way, have fun!

I know all about the programs and books, tutorials and stuff. I just want to know a college that will be worth my money, and wont leave me empty handed.

I don't believe any of them have actually gone to school for 3d before. As I recall, they have traditional art or industrial degrees.
