I just saw a green monkey nut shot a small tan lizard(?) in a gunny sack.

According to someone else's calculations, since obviously my other link name got some other people butthurt.

Ahahaaa!

BANOOSH

Only took you ten years!

  • 01.22.2011 10:27 AM PDT

Have you seen my mind anywhere? I seem to have lost it...

0x0 x0x 0x0 000 000 x0x 000
x0x 0x0 0x0 0xx 000 0x0 000
x0x x0x x00 0xx 0x0 x0x 0x0

I have seen you future

You are correct in that the drive on top of the POA was much longer than the 1.17 km of the ship. That just makes it look hilarious.

Obviously UNSC ships are bigger on the inside, using some sort of expanded slipspace dimension to store the extra space and mass.

According to my calculations...

Those aren't your calculations, those are Stephen Loftus's calculations from 2005. All you've done is stolen the image, posted it on imageshack, and claimed it was your work.

In any case, the reason the PoA is like that is for gameplay reasons and style. As it happens, the less level-geometry-restrictive CCS-class cruisers's interiors DO seem to match up with their exteriors.

Nah, it's mainly due to bad communication between the inside and outside artists. Paul Russell at work again.

No -blam!- Sherlock, did I say that it was my work? It was merely the name of the link. Simmer down.

You said "according to my calculations", which means you calculated something. You in fact calculated nothing, and are trying to get the glory for Paul Russel's work.

I've seen this a few times over the years. It became a little obvious to me when I saw that my way point was about 3Km to the end, when the Autumn is in fact only 1.17Km long.

It's the name of a link, it means nothing.

I could've named the link 'Look, a pink elephant on a unicycle.', but it doesn't mean that's what it was. How about you hop off of your fanboy pedestal.

"According to my calculations"

According to Merriam-Webster, my:
: of or relating to me or myself especially as possessor, agent, object of an action, or familiar person

You are clearly attempting to take credit for something which is not yours. In many cases, this is a serious copyright infringement and can lead to legal issues.

Oh no, you guys better call Paul Russel and alert him to this horrible travesty of plagiarism.

No he does have a point your choice of name for the link was unfortunate.

Also if you had named it 'pink elephant on a unicycle' no one would have clicked on it and your post would have been considered spam. Names do matter.

This man, this man right here put it so eloquently that I actually cancelled my own 2000+ word long post.
/slow clap for respect

:)
The person who said participating is important, not winning, obviously never won anything.

Obviously.

Uhh... Paul Russell designed the ship outside. Not that picture where his mistakes were exposed.

  • 01.22.2011 12:28 PM PDT

Oh, I thought the diagram looked like something...else, and that was the joke. I'd better see my therapist.
