I think it may be more important to know you graphics capability. Go to my computer and go to View System Information. Go to the hardware tab and click on device manager, scroll down to display adapters, and tell us what's there.

You might be able to play it, but not very well.

Just download the free demo to find out, since you don't have a modem, burn it to cd cd or put it on a thumb drive to transfer it from a pc that has broadband.

Just run the download overnight with a download manager to resume if you need to shut the PC down.

Okay, tell this "annoying" person to stop and that you want to download the demo. I'm guessing this is a parent?

You just don't want to download it, do you...

And please look up the display adapter you have in hardware manager so I can tell if you can run Halo or not...

To put halo CE on a thumb drive simply download it and then right click on the setup icon and tell it to send to the thumb drive which will be labeled with a drive letter and you done. Then take the drive to your computer and put it in the USB port and then goto my computer and find the drive. Then either run the setup from the drive or just drag the icon onto your desktop and then run the setup from there.

Hmmm, I forget how big CE is, it might take a couple trips on a thumb drive to transfer the whole thing (not sure though).

And to the person who started this thread, I think Davis is still waiting for you to tell him your graphic specs...

you will not be able to split the setup into multiple sections for the transfer so you will either need a larger drive or transfer it over a network.

lets rember he needs a HALO PC CD and KEY to install HALO CUSTOM.

Dont get me wrong cuz me and my son go hed to hed all the time.{BG slayer]

But how old is he.

The HALO pc demo can be downloaded from Microsoft witch I recomend
if I rember it is 175MB? {I think} if you have a 256mb stick you can copy the file and past it in to the stick in my computer.
