Not really, I live in NYC so all the outdoor activites are indoors, and they charge you way too much money. I use my 15 pounders to keep my mild strength, and pushups/situps every once in a while just for the hell of it. I choose to be agile and skinny, keep my emaciated girlish figure. Of course all the beer-drinking has been givin me a mini-gut. I play an hour of Djembe every day, which for a skinny guy like me, keeps my upper body toned. Since I'm poor, I walk everywhere I go, on average 6-9 miles a day. When I was working the restaurant scene for a year, I got nearly buff from lifting 50 pound bags of flour and sugar, and since the walk-in was so tiny, whenever I wanted to get something, I had to move massive crates of food around to get it. When I start cooking school, and move out of my parents micro-apartment, I'll probably invest in a bicycle so I can get my cardio on. Maybe I should quit smoking too, that might help...
