I met someone on XBL who claims Elites are better than Forerunners, so the technologically inferior zealots who blindly worship anything blue and silver are better than the ones who made the blue and silver item? Elites can't even activate Halo! If it weren't for the Forerunners the Elites would bet Tier 5 or 6!

A few Forerunner fortress ships wouldn't even slow down against a Covie fleet.

the only problem i have with mine is that it's unstable,[very shakey],so you'd need a tripod for it.

Just drink a beer and everything will be ok

The forerunners obviously. They could simply -blam!- with matter and destroy everything the covenant had. More precise Halos would wreck the covenant. The covenant is basically copied, worse versions of forerunner tech.

My jokes, so I don't lose them (ignore this):
ZedFish's Opinion on Sgt. Foley.
ZedFish's Forerunner Rickroll.

How silly.

I am a practicing traditional Catholic.

As much as I'd like to say Elites, I can't. The Sangheili got their tech from the Forerunners. They can't beat the creators of the technology with the creators own creations. Forerunners.

Don't worry, you're still your mom's favorite Bnet member.

Puh-lease. One Forerunner Dreadnaught could probably hold its own against a fleet of Sangheili ships. Imagine all of them.

"Find where the liar hides, so that I may place my boot between his gums!" - Rtas 'Vadum

You should have told him to read Cryptum. The Forerunner would turn Sangheilios inside out - literally.

"Question. Which Spartan is best?"
"That's a ridiculous question."
"False. Master Chief."
"Well, that's debatable. There are basically two schools of thought."
"Spartans shoot Sangheili. Spartans. Sangheili.....Battle Star Galactica."

You know who would beat the Forerunners? The Fiverunners.

Bazinga! One of my best.

The covenant use the forrunner technolagoy to their advantage but cant access something because they have no human touch.

One Forerunner Planet Breaker flies up to a Covie fleet of 600.

The Planet Breaker wins.

You were totally and absolutely correct in every way, I don't know why we were arguing, you're so amazing I should never have doubted you.

Lol!

The Covenant's own holy city is powered by a single, mid/small-sized Forerunner ship's engines. Partially powered engines.

Although Sangheili would win in naked wresting match.

It's clear we win after Halo 3! Victory Party at Chief's house!

Be courteous and polite to everyone you meet... but have a plan to kill them if necessary.

The Didact has a height of 4 meters.I think warriors servants would win against the sangheili in close combat.

That is not the objective of a naked wrestling match.

Here are the facts:

Humans and San 'Shyuum beat the Flood (around 110,300 B.C.E)

Forerunners beat the Humans and San 'Shyuum (who were fighting both the flood and forerunners at the same time)

The Flood came back and gained a Pyrrhic victory against the Forerunners. Forerunners are wiped out while the Flood are all but destroyed.

About 100,000 years later the Covenant came along and almost beat the humans until the Sangheili defected to the human side due to attempted genocide by the San 'Shyuum.

Looks like one vicious circle :D

Seriously though, the Forerunners would crush the Sangheili if they fought each other with the Forerunners at their technological peak and the Sangheili were at their tech level during 2552. Maybe if you gave them a several hundred thousand years to develop...

EDIT: Oh and the Elites were at tier 2 or 3 during the time of the San 'Shyuum vs Sangheili war, before they incorporated Forerunner tech into their own.
