Halo 1 & 2 for PC

I spent 3 hours doing Metropolis in H2 on legendary. All throughout it I kept flashing out of GFWL and reconnecting. Each time I did, it would tell me "Checkpoint does not match up with checkpoint registered on Live" And giving me the option to either restart the level or continue without achievements. So I said **** it and continued anyway. I know it didn't give me the Metropolis completed achievement, but did it count the level toward the Legend achievement (the one where you beat all levels on Legendary)?

Btw, jackal snipers can go die in a hole.

Yes, I am a hypocrite, and I'm sorry. I really do mean well, but I'm not running on all cylinders.

Everytime someone buys a copy of Halo 2 Vista, a puppy dies.

If I were you, I'd get a refund while you can and play campaign on a used Xbox.

Halo 2 Vista is already dead.

I suggest you buy Valve games from Steam.

50 in H2/H3? Great, but you still fail at this.

Your point is invalid, you also like h2v.

Your point is invalid, you like third party applications that force you to run them while you play the game. I might like h2v, but I hate GFWL. I'm a casual gamer and I don't care if games take skill or not. I play tons of games. If I'm feeling like getting in a really competitive game I go to one of the Tribes games. I also used to play Counter-Strike before I got this temporary download limit crap Internet. I'm good at these games you consider to show true skill, but, I prefer to play Halo because I enjoy it. h2v has tons of bugs, but, once you get around it, it feels better than what h2x did, in my opinion. With the map editor, if I felt like making a map I'd just go to Halo Custom Edition. I like Halo: Combat Evolved better anyways.

Yeah. That's right. I don't have a 50 in H3. I never got Onyx in Reach. If a game sucks too much, I won't even bother trying for such trivial "accolades". Besides, I've done way more things that take far more skill and talent than anything that can be done in a video game.

When you have a gaming rig, the resources used by Steam is negligible. There's no reason to complain about an app running while you play the game if it's well-built and useful.

My rig is well built. I'm just saying that it's annoying to have to use Steam while playing it's games. If you're in a position where you don't have Internet for some reason you can't play your games (As to my knowledge you can't)

If you don't have Internet, you can start Steam in offline mode and play any game you currently have installed.

Once again, it's negligible. Nothing that really warrants complaint.

For some reason it wouldn't let me play Condition Zero before... It's been years since I tried so I don't know. Might have been something messed up. My bad, I was mistaken.
