Subject: Theory on Bungie's new copyrights/trademarks

Cortana 5 has made a thread with facts and useful information on the new copyrights/trademarks, however they may not have been meant to be taken so literally.

Seven seraphs, osiris, new monarchy, dead orbit; what if they were all linked to each other? The logo on this shirt appears to be some kind of advertising. Perhaps the character in bungie's new game is invited to this place.

I will now attempt to link the trademarks together.
Seven seraphs - space station the shirt is advertising
New monarchy - the space station's creator's evil plans
Dead orbit - the situation you find yourself in
Osiris - you (main character)

This is all a theory, and I would like to hear your opinions and suggestions for it.

Hmm, this is quite intresting. I personally dont think that the shirt means too much, i mean it could just be bungie messing with us like they love to do.

But if it does mean somthing, then i dont think the names could be linked literally, at least not very well. perhaps they are codenames for characters and places.

but you and cortana seem to be on the right track with this.

on a different note, and possibly linked to this. when 343 bought halo, did bungie lose rights on like the forerunners story as well ?

I don't think they are messing with us and yes, I believe they lost the forerunner story as well.

My jokes, so I don't lose them (ignore this):
ZedFish's Opinion on Sgt. Foley.
ZedFish's Forerunner Rickroll.

Evil plans doesn't sound copyright worthy. It surely can't be that.

My turn:

Seven Seraphs: Perhaps a government or a resistance movement? Perhaps it is based in a violent insurrection at the dawn of our Full-Scale Space-Exploring stage?
New Monarchy: See above.
Dead Orbit: This could be "the" space station. If it were in geosynchronous orbit, it would be locked above a certain point; hence, Dead Orbit.
Osiris: Player Character (or an AI)

Very possible, but I don't think they would name a space station something as condescending as dead orbit.

Could be the overall name of the game; though it would be very similar to Dead Space.
