Morale: don't use a firewall thats two years old and don't have it on "high"!

A number of questions have been bugging me this morning...
* What fun is it when your browsing a forum that disconnects randomly even when you have a windows xp thats just been reinstalled. HAS sp2 and you haven't been to any website that isn't a legitimate business yet and have a firewall and you are a nerd who knows everything about internet security blah blah blah?
* Who is 61.85.74.223?
* Is 61.85.74.223 a Bungie server?
* If 61.85.74.223 is a Bungie server then how come my internet connection completely stops working until I restart my computer?
Ok to explain the "61.85.74.223" part, I had just been on the internet for under an hour and was browsing through the septagon. Then I clicked on a thread and *BAM!* "page cannot displayed" (no internet things work from now until I restart, connection is still running. Phoneline is in use.) I was trying to find out what the hell was going on, so I checked the log viewer for my firewall and an unused port had blocked an incoming tcp connection from "61.85.74.223" at 8:47:06am, then I checked my system clock, 8:47:28am... how strange, it was the first blocked connection for the entire time I was on! I restarted my computer and tried to check the source... "server not responding!" bungie.net is working though, same with every other internet thingy. and that leads up until now - 9:18:11am.
Nothing interesting has happened to my firewall since I've restarted. I'm 100% sure this isn't because I'm using dialup... and strangely this only ever happens on b.net.
