I stopped playing Halo 2 awhile back, and about a week ago, I played 2 or 3 games. It was nice to see that nothing has changed since I last played back in August. I believe it was the first game where 3 people on the other team left, so 2 people on my team felt it was necessary to harass the hell out of the person who was cool enough to remain in the game.
The next couple of games I played consisted of people accusing others of being homosexu.al, for not getting as many kills as they did in Team Slayer. Because we all know that g.ay people naturally have no ability to throw a grenade or point and shoot a gun at an enemy (yes, that was sarcasm, in case you're a moron).
In fact, I was quickly reminded of way back when I was playing Team Rockets, and a few people left, leaving the game 2 against 3. Since my teammate was really damn good at the game, he pretty much got half the kills. That didn't sit right for one particular idiot on the other team. He only felt it was necessary to send me friend invites with voice messages attached saying that he claimed I was a homosexu.al, and that he could "powen" me at Halo 2 any time. I like it how if someone sends you a voice message with the f-word repeated many times (hint: the word wasnt fukc), that voice message isn't transferred to XBox Live so that they can decide whether or not the message is offensive, after I report the message. Why doesn't Microsoft actually enforce most of the things in the code of conduct? I take it nobody actually took the time to read that..
My point? When in the hell is Xbox Live going to have a decent feedback system? Every single person on my friends list has quit Halo 2 because of the flaming dumbass to decent player ratio. That's also why I quit back in August, and am most likely going to quit Xbox Live next month. If Xbox Live was half decent with the treatment of troublemakers, I'd actually consider buying that heap Xbox 360.
Oh, and don't bother asking an Xbox Live customer service kid about this problem. They really tell you "there's nothing you can do" if someone calls you the n-word.
