I understand nothing because my life is a conspiracy.

I was wondering because I wanted to get Halo PC so I could play the Multiplayer, but I hate the keyboard. I found these Xbox 360 Controllers that would work with PC, and I have some questions for anyone who has it:

1.) Is it worth it? Does it work well with the PC?

2.) Can you adjust the controls to be like it is in Halo (Xbox) or Halo: Reach?

3.) Is it easy to hook up (the corded one)?

Thank you for your help!

The game wasn't designed with controllers in mind so it won't work as well as you'd hope. You have no control over your look speed so regardless of how much pressure you put on the controls, it'll still cause your character to look around at the same speed.

I'd recommend you embrace the keyboard instead. You'll get used to it eventually.

1.) If you're not very good with kb/m then yeah. You should be practicing off and on with kb/m while having that though. It's a much better tool for FPS gaming

2.)Yes. I have a controller that I only use if I feel like leaning back in my chair with and it's set to Halo: Reach's settings mainly because I love how the melee feels.

3.)Yes. You will have to download and install this though.

Keep in mind that Halo PC doesn't have auto-aim. It won't feel as though the game is working with you like it does on the console version. The game was made to be played with Keyboard/Mouse.

Actually, you do. There's a look sensitivity option when going into the controls input advanced options.

That's not what I meant. Sure, you can change the sensitivity but it doesn't matter how much pressure you apply to the analogue stick. It'll either move at full speed or not at all. At least that's what I've been led to believe by the numerous posts on this board.

Ah, on my Logitech if I barely move the analog stick over it goes sorta slow, but, if I go all the way it goes full speed. There isn't an in between, though.

Edit: I just checked it. The movement doesn't have joystick sensitivity, but, the vision joystick has full sensitivity. I can go as slow or as fast as I want. As in, to correct myself for my comment above, there is a middle for looking, but, no changes at all for movement.
