By the power of truth, I, while living, have conquered the universe.

Miranda inherited neither the astronavigational skills of her father, nor the scientific expertise of her mother. She did nothing but stupid things and deliver cheesy lines, in the end she was shot in the back by a frail old Prophet.

AI is more valuable than a Human.

If you've read the logs in Reach, smart AI consider themselves to be the next evolutionary step of humanity.

This man, this man right here put it so eloquently that I actually cancelled my own 2000+ word long post.
/slow clap for respect

:)
The person who said participating is important, not winning, obviously never won anything.

I lost all respect for her when she got knocked out by the Arbiter in Halo 2.

And even more with her famous ''To war...'' line.

Which is fair game.

For centuries the AI Assembly controlled the fate of humanity, without smart AIs humanity would have been absolutely screwed in the majority of their naval battles against the Covenant. Cortana notes it took her about 2 hours to comprehend the entire history of humanity... yeah, good luck with humans doing that.

That's what humans do. They do wrong things, they feel sorrow, they feel happiness, all tht goes for Miranda. It's about the emotional connection.

I'm pretty sure that 99.9% of Halo fans will tell you that they felt no emotional connection with Miranda. The remaining 0.01% are either lonely, or attracted to video game characters.

Well I'm sure most Halo gamers will agree that Miranda was good looking when it comes to video game animation.

Er... whatever floats your boat.

I thought her death scene was both epic and sad.

I thought it was laughable.

So she crashes through the Control Room's window, the second her Pelican appeared I remember my friend shouting: "Woman driver alert!"

Okay, so she crashed through to rescue Johnson, brilliant. She now has a Shotgun and is taking on half a dozen Brutes alone, not quite so brilliant. She then elects to pull out a Pistol and dual wield it with a Shotgun - as if she'd be able to use them both at the same time.

Oh, she's finally figured out that this whole thing was futile when she realised she couldn't shoot Johnson. Well done, Miranda, you got shot in the back by Truth, it was all a waste.

I am Field Master Avu Med 'Telcam, Servant of the Abiding Truth, and I have many brothers.

A god who creates tools is still a god. It is not for us to impose qualifications upon the divine or presume to guess its intentions.

I'm happy she died. Just as happy as I was when all the other human characters throughout the series died.

Er... whatever floats your boat.

Just an innocent crush, nothing creepy or obsessive. At the age of 16 I'd say it's completely normal.

Not gonna lie, I have a preference for real girls.

Because she hesitated. That's why her death was so tragic.

A hesitation that cost her her life, why did she storm the Citadel thinking she could do it solo? She knew John and Thel wouldn't get there in time, why not at least bring a squad of Marines?
