Halo is that big ringy thing-a-ma-bob right?

I'm an Anarchist. I don't need a government to be a good person, but I'm glad it's here because some of you clearly do.

Don't get blinded by Nostalgia. If CE were really that epic, then we'd all be playing CE instead of Reach.

I'm not saying it's bad, because I too was there at 1am, struggling to get through the Library on Solo Legendary at 11 years old, but I also remember my first games on matchmaking being just as amazing.

I agree that stats really do take a huge chunk out of the fun-factor and make it more of a competitive thing, which is unfortunate, but I think it was pretty much inevitable. Even Nintendo Power in the days of early days of the NES was showing off high-scores; gaming has always been partly about being better than the next guy.

i like that i have stats and can keep track of how i do, but I wish that people wouldn't put so much weight on them. I've had really important points and arguments completely disregarded because of my bad k/d. every time i just want to be like "-blam!-, just because i'm not as good as you at actually playing the game doesn't mean i don't have valuable input"
