I consider it very inefficient, the very simple fact that Born was rendered imobile many times by some kind of suppressor. And the whole complete fact of it being very resiliant can have some physcological mistakes, like how Born almost walked into a bunch of crustaceans. It seems like the forerunners relied to much on it too. Thoughts?

Can you give me more info about the suppressors?

If they are some kind of stasis field, it wouldn't mae a difference if he's in armor or not.

If it's some kind of EMP field, well, every power armor is affected by that.

It kinda works like an EMP but it affects the AI(ancilla) which controls most of (if not all) of the suit's support systems.

Any power armor is weak to EMP's. But the pro's beat the con's.

Idk but still remember the part where he was on the government planet and medicent bias used a suppressor on all of the forerunners and ancilla in the amphitheater it's also apparent that bias can force someone to go somewhere while in this state somehow.

Boomer.
Best. Ship. Ever!

It's one of the cons of being so advanced that everybody uses essentially the same thing. Sure it's the best thing around but that means it's just all the easier to incapacitate a person because you know all the weakness of their armour. Like someone said above me though the pros far out way the cons.

Medicant Bias did that. Being a nearly god-like AI that he is, he'd have access to all Forerunners systems (unfortunately), so could have accessed and froze Born's armor.

Still, that's one flaw in an armor that is

--As strong/stronger then MJOLNIR

--Is mass produced for civllians

--allows you to live thousands of years

--can be molded to fit your body shape.

--carries an AI like Cortana

--Allows survival in vaccum

and so on so forth.

When the Pros>Cons, I don't really think it matters.
