Mine is playing split-screen doubles with my brother back when the game first came out. We would usually employ our beastly HLG tactics and hide on the other team (this was well before many of the best hiding spots were blocked off). The rage messages we got after games were priceless. I also enjoyed playing RBTB and Squad Battle. Unfortunately, this game is the only one I still have saved from back in the day. It's hard to imagine that game took place almost 2 years ago....

What's yours?

"Team shoot the wraith!"
"What's a team shoot and what's a wraith?!"
"It means we all shoot at the big blue thing together!"
"Okay!"
*starts betraying blue teammate*

Being a guest and AR rushing people.

I used to think it was so funny when we beat each other down. Nowadays.... ugh.

I still think that, unless the guy I'm after has no shields. :|

Drink Mountain Dew

Dicking around and accidently betraying my teammates and/or having weird things happen in BTB.

When I was about to throw my spike, someone threw a plasma gernade and hit my spike gernade. The bad part about it was that I didn't throw it at anyone.

Dude, it's 2011. The game came out in 2007. It's been out a LONG time. More than 2 years.

RC Clone is the anti-thesis of a lurker.

I remember I had the most perfect match in Rumble pit on Cold Storage with my friend during the summer of 2009. We got the most even match I've ever had in my entire time playing multplayer.

Everyone in the game was just about exactly evenly matched and just about everyone had a time during the game that they were the leader. I could actually see the impact of minute weapon choices and feel instant punishment for my mistakes. It was a lot better than any game I ever had before then or after.

After that it just felt like either I was better than the people I was playing against or they were better than me. It never feels like I'm going against players on even ground with me.

I did this too! But it was with a mate, and with my first booster. Back when negative exp boosters worked we would rank accounts up to 45s because we couldn't get 50s then sell them on.

I miss all the hiding spots that are all blocked now, I remember meeting my first 50 who showed me some and added me to his list.

So many good memories from back in the day :')
