Planning the cosmos for a healthier future.
I started multiplayer for the first time by being a REACH beta tester last May and was fairly successful. After the beta, I moved to Halo 3 but found a different level of competition as well as unfamiliar maps. My K/D was miserable for months. Now, I'm playing about 1.0 and my average has improved incrementally for months. I'm not terrible, just average. My gripe is with teams that have winning streaks of 40 games . . . where is the "game" in something that is a 95% probable outcome before the game begins? Also, when the game is CTF and most of the losing team has left the field after a few minutes (not having "fun" comes to mind) and the other team just goes into slayer mode rather than taking the last flag, that's just immature. Don't tell me it doesn't reflect on the personalities of that team. I mean, 137-25 in CTF? Give me a break, dude. They're just jerks. {And, as the originator of this thread, to be clear, I'm not targeting all 50s but only those that religioulsy roam through SBT as a 6-8 player team.)
