Subject: Religious References in Halo

As most of you may or may not know, Halo has quite a few references to religion I find most are Christian, Norse, and a bit of Paganism. I could, of course be wrong, in which I apologize for screwing up. I want to know, in a CIVILIZED WAY, what you think. I do, however, prohibit any discussion related to what religion is "right". This is reserved only for what references you have seen and what you think. If you disagree about Bungie using them just say you do. Don't go off on a giant rant as then I'll just have to get rid of you.

We will know soon enough, but it will require thought. Deep thought. Mendicant Bias must be found. The Mantle will soon follow.

And, how do you propose to do that? ;)

I've seen quite a few already widely-known references to Norse culture, none of which I can name off the top of my head. Bungie's done a good job of discreetly planting seeds of various different backgrounds into the fertile soil we know as Halo canon, that's for sure.

Lol. I meant giant rant. I think faster than I type. But yeas there are many Norse references. You can actually look them up on Halopedia. It's a pretty accurate website. I just find it interesting how those things are worked into the story line.
