I know people are going to hate this idea, but I think that on New years day, or any other day for that matter, there should be an apocolypse day, where no forums are shut down, no one is blacklisted, and people can say as they please. Then, the next day, all the posts from the previous day are deleted. Maybe, they could do that, but not tell anyone which day it is, but when the day comes, all hell will break loose. Or, Frankie could post a story about it on the front page, saying that the apocolypse is here, and that anyone can post anything.

Please tell me what you think, but don't flame me for the idea.

I think that would be a terrible idea. If people could do it one day, they may think they can do anything whenever they want.

I'm pretty sure every day is "Apocolypse Day" for the Moderators.

What good would come of that? All the six seven and eight year olds posting whatever they want? They'd all max out on how many threads they can put up and they'd all be about stuff like cereal and "hey, look how much space I can waste." Your apocalypse idea wouldn't go as planned and most of the people who like to read the forums would probably avoid it.

I think you should sit in a corner until you can figure out why that is a horrible idea. If you can't figure that out, then maybe you should bring a magazine.

Violence is not the answer, its just the solution.

there are enough bad threads and post's on here. If you could post what ever you wanted for one day that would be chaos.

It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier, not the lawyer, who has given us the right to a fair trial. And it is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves the flag, whose coffin is draped in the flag that allows the protester to burn the flag.Father Dennis Edward O'Brien, USMC
