Nobody visits these forums much nowadays. Lets see how many people reply to this.
Only Halo Veterans can answer this because they know best, and have plenty of expertise.
Which Campaign Level was best? Which game did you like best overall? Funness and character developement wise
Please reply
*I just noticed how many votes Tip of the Spear had. I put this up there not to be biased, but because it was the climax of a lackluster campaign. If you felt that any one of Reach's levels were the best, please vote for ToTS
Remember back then when the campaign had a purpose?
Oh and guys. Please comment.
Thoughts for you 2 Read if you want. If you like TL;DR then just vote, comment, and don't bother with this block of text.-

My opinion-
I always enjoy the missions where you and some other marines do the mission together. As proven by many humans and their actions, a group of friendlies around you help enhance the mood. Multiplayer, Co-op, we all love allies.
I liked The Ark because of the large vehicular battles and the feeling of an army, not just 2 people [cough Halo Reach cough]
Thus, also based off this poll, the missions where you are given the feeling of epicness and suspense also help.
The Maw? Many people love this for the tense warthog race, and the struggle for survival. I personally like the way there were raging battles everywhere.
Grandess, epic battles, and suspense, according to this poll (and me) impact a campaign a lot.
Assault on the control room? Yeah. You were given the task of taking down many enemies, silently or full out, and then you were able to rendezvous with marines. Idk about you, but I horded the marines, and tried to keep all of them safe until the end of the level 10 years ago on release.
Nostalgia plays a large factor into deciding which level/game was better. If you ask someone, was Nightfall or Truth and Reconciliation better? Well, I myself would choose TaR, and so would many others, because
1) Nostalgia
2) It was just simply stealthier, and your AI waited for you to shoot, not no scope grunts w/ turrets 1000 meters away.
One thing I always say when trolling about Halo Reach's campaign, is how there was never a level where you could have massive battles.
I want the feeling of a battle, like in WWII, the way the books describe them, and like the way Halo Wars pictures them. I want to be in the midst of it, struggling to survive, for the sake of Iron. In Halo 3, when I jumped out of an exploding Scarab, I felt the adrenaline (well.. the kind u get while playing video games). While being lost and scared in the Library, I ... kind of.. well... felt lost and scared
One last factor of a campaign level. New places.
Did you like revisiting Sword Base over and over again?
Did you like revisiting that Two Betrayals level twice? (Note- This level wasn't that bad because you got to explore new places)
Did you like... well, that't it.
New places in campaign make you want to explore. If all the campaign was just multiplayer maps.. hmm... then it wouldn't be any fun.
