Canon AA's: Sprint, Jet Pack, Evade, Drop shield, Active Camo

Non-Canon AA's: Armor Lock, Hologram

Canon AA's Not In Game: Locking Armor

Explain hologram? The Elites have been shown to have a style of hologram tech.

Armor Lock, it's simply super-charging your shields to give a temporary boost to shield strength at the cost of diverting all power from the other pieces of the armor.

Yes, the Covenant has holograms...but look at how the hologram is projected...and Armor Lock could be canon on the Covenant side of things but...not UNSC. Even if the shields become supercharged you still would be moveable, and you wouldn't have shields after you deactivated because of the "Phantom EMP". Don't even try the "Shields=superdense=unmovable"

How could it be canon Covenant side but not UNSC?

Also, yes you could move, but my theory is the armor locks down, as in the joints freeze so that all power can be pumped into the shields.

it diverts power from other parts of the armor, including the joint servos so the spartan would be hard-pressed to move, MIJONIR is insanely heavy, thats why it has a built in reactor rather than a battery, to help the spartan move and provide things like shields.

EDIT: although, i agree that the users shields would be gone upon exiting.

Um...what's wrong with the way the hologram is projected?

I must echo DaeFaron in asking why Armor Lock could be canon for the Covenant but not the UNSC?

And no, they can't move because all the other power of the armor is diverted to the shields to super charge them. The only thing that doesn't go offline is life support and the HUD and its functions, any other extra functions are diverted to the shields for the duration of the Armor Lock. And why should the EMP remove your shields too? You're at the epicenter of the EMP, similar to the eye of a hurricane, it wouldn't really have an affect of you.

An armor lock cannon? AWESOME!

JK but seriously, armr lock is, once again, an experimental device that noble team, since they were Reach's premier line of ground defence, had access to.

So your telling me it is completely canon that if I were to strap a piece of metal to my butt I would run faster? I highly doubt this. Jet Pack, Drop Shield, and Active Camo is where I draw the line. Sprinting and Evading are something Spartans/Elites can do naturally.

Yes that is right the Spartan-III program was in that time period and on the planet of Onyx just like the book Ghosts Of Onyx says.

Considering the fact that their armor is practically a mobile computer, then yes, I do think so.
